Article 18.

Holidays

Section 1. Employees shall be entitled to all holidays in accordance with applicable laws and Executive Order.

Section 2. Employees working on a holiday shall be paid holiday pay, shift differential, and/or overtime in accordance with applicable regulations.

Section 3. Tours of duty shall not be established or modified solely for the purpose of avoiding the payment of holiday pay.

Section 4. It is agreed that as the mission of the Agency dictates, employees will be required to work on holidays.
