Please note: The form below shall be used to report fire safety issues ONLY for National Institutes of Health (NIH) owned facilities on federal campuses in Bethesda, MD, Poolesville, MD, Rocky Mountain Laboratory, MT, Research Triangle Park, NC, and NIH portions of Ft. Detrick, MD. For fire safety issues involving NIH leased facilities, please contact the local fire safety authority having jurisdiction.
