Car Free Day on September 22
Please join the Metropolitan DC area in celebrating Car Free Day on Tuesday, September 22.
Car Free Day is an international event that encourages people to commute and get around the area without using a car in order to highlight bicycling, mass-transit, walking, carpooling, and alternative modes of transportation. Car Free Day is the perfect day to try a new mode of transportation with family, friends and co-workers.
Are you teleworking during the pandemic? You too are also having a positive effect on traffic congestion and the environment. So visit the Car Free Metro DC Webpage
https://carfreemetrodc.org/the-car-free-pledge/ and pledge today. It only takes a minute to fill out the form.
Lastly - are you looking for a carpool/vanpool to join when you come back to work? Sign up on the DATS Rideshare program to find other commuters that live and work near you. Please visit
