Take advantage of a variety of free fitness classes this month through the "Fitness for You" program. This month's program features an introduction to Cuban Salsa with the beginner motions of Rueda de Casino. This class is meant for those new to Cuban Salsa. Other classes include Strength and Barre, Krav Maga, Zumbalates, and more. The "Fitness for You" program is sponsored by the Office of Research Services (ORS), Division of Amenities and Transportation Services (DATS), and the Recreation and Welfare Association (R&W) Fitness Program. All classes are free and open to all NIH staff. However, please obtain your supervisor's approval if interested in attending classes that occur during your work hours.
