NIH Community Market will include rotating food trucks at Building 10 beginning April 4th!

Tuesdays, April 4 – September 26.

10:00 AM – 2:00 PM; food trucks open by 11:00 AM.

Lot 10H (Outside Building 10 South Lobby).

Mark your calendars! Beginning April 4, the weekly Tuesday NIH Community Market will move outside to the lawn in front of Building 10 South, and local food trucks will again join nearby at Lot 10H. Bring your colleagues and stop by every Tuesday from April 4 to September 26, between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM to visit the various market vendors, purchase lunch from rotating food trucks, participate in special events and meet special guests.

You won't want to miss the NIH Community Market Food Truck Kick-Off on April 4. Join us for a free "Fitness for You" Tabata Fitness Class from 1:15 PM to 2:00 PM, at the Building 10 South Lobby or Lawn, dependent on weather. Be on the lookout for additional class offerings during future NIH Community Markets, including a free Belly Dancing Class on April 18 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

More groups and organizations, including various R&W Clubs, will be added in the coming weeks of the NIH Community Markets. If your musical group, Institute, office or club would like to schedule an information table or perform at the NIH Community Markets, contact David Browne at browned2@mail.nih.gov or 301-496-6061.

The NIH Community Markets are sponsored by the Office of Research Services, Division of Amenities and Transportation Services and the NIH Recreation & Welfare (a non-profit organization committed to providing recreation and welfare activities to the NIH community, patients, families and employees.)  You can visit the R&W online at http://govemployee.com/nih or in their stores located in Building 31 (1st Floor) or Rockledge (6705 Rockledge Dr., 4th Floor), or at their Fitness Centers in Building 31 (B4 Level), Rockledge (6705 Rockledge Dr., 5th Floor), or Bayview in Baltimore.
