​Free Fitness Classes in April and New Quick Fit Program.

Good bye winter, hello spring!  Get fit this spring by taking advantage of free fitness classes offered through the "Fitness for You" program.  This month's program features the brand new "Quick Fit" Program with Coach Steve at the Loft (Building T-39).  Quick Fit is a functional movement session that mimics everyday actions.  Classes focus on lifting light weights and body weight exercises.


The "Fitness for You" program is sponsored by the Office of Research Services (ORS), Division of Amenities and Transportation Services (DATS), and the Recreation and Welfare Association (R&W) Fitness Program.  All classes are free and open to all NIH staff.  However, please obtain your supervisor's approval if interested in attending classes that occur during your work hours.
