Free NIH Fitness Classes in January

Ring in the new year with free "Fitness for You" classes this month. This month's program features YogaStrong with Shannon, and Good Morning Workout with Robert in our new facility, Building 53 (in the center of campus, near Building 50).
The "Fitness for You" program is sponsored by the Office of Research Services (ORS), Division of Amenities and Transportation Services (DATS), and operated through the Recreation and Welfare Association (R&W) Fitness Program. All classes are free and open to all NIH staff. However, please obtain your supervisor's approval if you will attend classes occurring during your work hours.
