Free NIH Virtual Fitness Classes in March
Spring is right around the corner. Put a little pep in your step and check out this month's virtual fitness classes. Classes are open to all NIH staff. For a full list of classes, please visit https://go.usa.gov/xQkUf.

The "Fitness for You" virtual program is sponsored by the Office of Research Services, Division of Amenities and Transportation Services, and operated through the R&W Fitness Program. You must obtain your supervisor's approval if you plan to attend classes occurring during your work hours.
