Memorial Drive and Building 10 B-2 Loading Dock Impacted by Construction Beginning This Weekend

Beginning this Saturday, January 9 and continuing through mid-May, 2021, construction of a new pharmacy will begin within the ACRF area of Building 10. As part of this construction, a large crane will be mobilized in the north end of the Building 10 B-2 loading dock area, next to Memorial Drive. The location and operation of the crane will limit access to the loading dock and, at various limited times, parking lots nearby. Access to the P-3 parking garage entrance/exit will not be affected.

Over the next several weeks, as delivery trucks enter the campus, they will be provided with a flyer detailing access to the B-2 loading dock during this period.

A series of maps visually detailing the dates and status of Memorial Drive, the B-2 loading dock, and access to surrounding parking areas during this period of construction is available at: https://traffic.nih.gov/Documents/Memorial_Drive_Building_10_Construction.pdf.
