Mobile Ordering Now Available for Building 35 Cafeteria

The NIH is pleased to announce that beginning tomorrow, September 23, our on-campus food service provider, Eurest Dining, will begin offering a mobile application for remote ordering and payment with easy stress-free pick-up at the Buildig 35 cafeteria, or CRC Coffee Bar (Bldg. 10 occupants only).

The "Eatify" app will allow customers to order food from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., to be picked up at a designated time at the 35 Cafeteria. We are excited to offer a daily selection of Indian and Pan-Asian entree bowls, and customizable personal-size pizzas. The app reduces wait times and allows you to conduct contactless payment and pick-up. The Cafeteria will also be open for limited grab and go items and in-person orders of coffee and specialty drinks from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Eatify can be downloaded free by anyone, including patients, families and visitors. Download to your Apple or Google device by searching for "Eatify" in your respective app stores. Select "NIH BLDG 35 SBX" to place orders at the Building 35 cafeteria or "NIH CRC SBX" to place orders at the CRC Coffee Bar. Double-check to be sure you pick the correct location and please remember that the CRC Coffee Bar is for Bldg 10 patrons only.

After placing an order through the app, customers will receive three emails: the first confirming their order; the second providing notice their order is being made; and the third informing them their order is ready and to go to their selected location to pick up their item(s).

We are asking each patron to do their best to minimize the spread of the COVID-19 virus by wearing a facial covering, maintaining physical distancing, and following the floor markings while waiting in line or picking up their orders. Let's all do our part to keep NIH safe.
