Due to a recent change in the management of the vending
services for most NIH facilities, vending machines located both on- and
off-campus are not fully stocked because they are in the process of being
replaced. Unfortunately, this has hampered our ability to keep the machines
operational until the new company takes over.
As part of the contracting process by the new company,
there is an ongoing evaluation of the need for services based on usage. This
may result in some of the machines being replaced, relocated or removed. No
facility is expected to be left without service, and we will make every effort
to enhance the selections and availability of products based on this study.
We apologize for this situation and for any inconvenience
this may cause. It is our goal to have the machines fully stocked and
operational as quickly as possible, but if you find there are issues in the
