After more than 20 years, the Building 45 Natcher Conference Center Audio Visual (AV) systems will be upgraded from analog to Ultra High Definition (UHD). During the month of August 2016, the entire Conference Center will be closed and designated as a construction zone. Access to the rest of Building 45 will be limited through the main entrance from Center Drive, through the cafeteria, and the parking garage.

The Conference Center North entrance (located near the Metro) will be closed, as well as, restroom facilities located within the Conference Center area (lower and upper levels). Restrooms on the P1 level of the main building will be open for use. Only authorized personnel will have access to the conference center and its offices.

This upgrade and subsequent installation will affect the ability to use portions of the conference center on the following dates:

August 2016: The entire Conference Center will be closed.

September 2016: Conference Rooms A, B & C1/C2 will be closed.

October 2016: Conference Rooms F1/F2, G1/G2, H & J will be closed.

November - December 2016: Conference Rooms D & E1/E2 will be closed.

January 2, 2017: With no complications, the Natcher Conference Center AV upgrades should be completed with all conference rooms back to full operations utilizing this new, upgraded equipment.
