Self-Service Kiosks at the Building 10, CRC Coffee Bar in the Atrium
The NIH has added another layer of convenience to the CRC Coffee Bar in the Atrium: Self-Service Kiosks. Customers can now place their barista orders and pay for their retail items at the user-friendly kiosks, located just inside the Coffee Bar. The process is simple - scan your items, pay and go. Barista drinks and self-serve pastry items can also be ordered through the touchscreen menu, offering time-savings for patrons on the run.
While most items can be purchased using the new Kiosks, those delectable bakery treats next to the cashiers' must still be ordered through the full-service line (some things are worth waiting for). Look for Coffee Bar team members at the CRC, sporting their "ask me" buttons, for a tutorial on using the new system.
