Take advantage of free "Fitness for You" classes. New in August is the Biathlon class. Through a combination of cycling and running, this class will increase your endurance! The "Fitness for You" program is sponsored by the Office of Research Services (ORS), Division of Amenities and Transportation Services (DATS), and the Recreation and Welfare Association (R&W) Fitness Program. All classes are free and open to all NIH staff. However, please obtain your supervisor's approval if interested in attending.
