Free Fitness Classes in August.

Is it time to switch up your workout and take it to the next level? Take advantage of free "Fitness for You" classes. New in August is the Biathlon class. Through a combination of cycling and running, this class will increase your endurance!   
   
The "Fitness for You" program is sponsored by the Office of Research Services (ORS), Division of Amenities and Transportation Services (DATS), and the Recreation and Welfare Association (R&W) Fitness Program. All classes are free and open to all NIH staff. However, please obtain your supervisor's approval if interested in attending.
 
Those needing reasonable accommodations to participate in these activities can contact Ms. Sherrell Freeman, Operations Director, R&W Fitness Program, at freemash@mail.nih.gov, 301-496-5440 and/or the Federal Relay (1-800-877-8339). Requests should be made at least five days in advance.
