Free Fitness Classes in November.For a full list of November classes, please visit: https://www.ors.od.nih.gov/wellness. Fall into fitness and take advantage of free "Fitness for You" classes. New in November is Turkey Run-Spin to burn off those pre-holiday calories. This hour long class consists of 30 minutes of running and 30 minutes of spinning on a stationary bike. The "Fitness for You" program is sponsored by the Office of Research Services (ORS), Division of Amenities and Transportation Services (DATS) and operated through the Recreation and Welfare Association (R&W) Fitness Program. All classes are free and open to all NIH staff. However, please obtain your supervisor's approval if interested in attending classes that occur during your work hours.
