Free Fitness Classes in April.

Get fit this spring by trying a free “Fitness for You” class! New this month is BANG Power Dance. This class is a unique fusion of boxing, aerobics, intervals, hip hop, world dance and bodyweight training. Jumpstart your workout with a “BANG” and take your fitness to a new level! This class is for all skill levels. 


The "Fitness for You" program is sponsored by the Office of Research Services (ORS), Division of Amenities and Transportation Services (DATS), and operated through the Recreation and Welfare Association (R&W) Fitness Program. All classes are free and open to all NIH staff. However, please obtain your supervisor's approval if interested in attending classes that occur during your work hours. 

Individuals with disabilities who need sign language interpreting and/or other reasonable accommodations to participate in these activities should contact Ms. Sherrell Freeman, Operations Director, R&W Fitness Program, at, 301-496-5440 and/or the Federal Relay (1-800-877-8339). Requests should be made at least five days in advance.
