​Free Fitness Classes in February

February is American Heart Month! Pledge to make your heart healthier by taking advantage of free "Fitness for You" classes. This month features classes in our newest fitness facility, Building 53. In addition, take advantage of our special "wear red" exercise campaign. Wear a red article of clothing to the NIH fitness center during the week of February 18 - 21, and you will be able to attend any group fitness class for free, including classes that are regularly associated with a fee. The "Fitness for You" program is sponsored by the Office of Research Services (ORS), Division of Amenities and Transportation Services (DATS), and operated through the Recreation and Welfare Association (R&W) Fitness Program. All classes are free and open to all NIH staff. However, please obtain your supervisor's approval if you plan to attend classes occurring during your work hours.
