Free NIH Fitness Classes in December

Get fit during the holidays! Take advantage of free "Fitness for You" classes this month. This month's program features classes in our newest fitness room, located in Building 53, at the center of campus. YogaStrong with Shannon will be held on Monday, December 9, and Sports Performance Boot Camp with Robert on December 10. Stop by, take a class, and see the new room.
The "Fitness for You" program is sponsored by the Office of Research Services (ORS), Division of Amenities and Transportation Services (DATS), and operated through the Recreation and Welfare Association (R&W) Fitness Program. All classes are free and open to all NIH staff. However, please obtain your supervisor's approval if you will attend classes occurring during your work hours.

Requests should be made at least five days in advance.
