The first time you access the Bright Horizons Back-up Care website, http://www.backup.brighthorizons.com 
, you will need to use the NIH company username and password to login and begin the registration process.
Please use the following information to log in:
Username: NIH
Password: backup
You will then be routed to the Welcome page, and be prompted to register for the program and to create your personal username and password.
