Current Opinion in Immunology. In this article mechanisms of controlling T cell mediated cancer immunotherapy are explored. Specific focus is placed on how modifying the metabolism of T cell can have implications on their effectiveness. It explores how modulating the metabolism of T cells can improve T cell cancer fighting properties.
